Home comfort food once again .....This dish is made from Trichosanthes dioica commonly known as PARWAL and potato which is very healthy for us...
Ingredients for serving 2
1.PARWAL and potato 250 gms chopped into small pieces
2. Spices such as salt, chilli, coriander, garam masala, red chillies dry
3. Garlic chopped finely and cumin seeds (Jeera)
PROCESS :
1. Take a pan put 3 t spoons of oil (any oil tastes good)
2. Put small t spoon of cumin seeds, dried red chillies 2 nos, and chopped garlic and let it sizzle
3. After this add the chopped PARWAL and potato, salt to taste, mix well, cover it and let it cook for 5 mins in a low heat also keep checking that it should not burn.
4. After 5 mins in low heat add rest of the spices and mix well.
5. Let it simmer for further 3 mins serve hot with roti or rice and daal.
